Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the integration system of ad partners;
- Establish good relationship with our key partners;
- Promote new technology to partners;
- Oversee a smooth integration of new technology and facilitate between Appodeal and partners;
- Negotiate better terms for Appodeal with demand partners;
- Attend key events- required to travel internationally;
- Collaborate with AM team, our development team to help investigate issues, setup integration and improve performance.
Requirements
- Experience in early stage start ups;
- Well-connected in the industry;
- Minimum 3 years in Business development and track of successful records (with references), should have closed strategic partnerships in the past;
- Experience in ad tech (i.e. gaming, apps, ad networks, marketing for mobile, UA, etc);
- Solid technical skills, able to learn and sell new technology quickly;
- Strong sales skills, able to sell creatively;
- Extremely proactive work ethic;
- Knowledge of programmatic demand (OpenRTB, API, S2S, SDK);
- Understanding of different bidding/buying possibilities (1st price, 2nd price, traditional waterfall);
- Dominate Appodeal’s ad display logic and technology.
