Business Development Manager at Appodeal

  • Improving the integration system of ad partners;
  • Inside sales- promote new technology to partners;
  • Coordinate smooth integration of new technology and facilitate between Appodeal and partners;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners;
  • Research new demand opportunities;
  • Negotiate better terms for Appodeal with demand partners;
  • Deliver results and hit KPI’s;
  • Attend key events- required to travel internationally;
  • Work on specialized conferences and meetups;
  • Setup communication channels with the partners, make sure we and partners are notified about important changes as early as possible;
  • Work with partners and our development team to help investigate issues, setup integration and improve performance;
  • Research new demand opportunities.


  • Minimum 3 years in Business development and track of successful records (with references), should have closed strategic partnerships in the past;
  • Experience in ad tech (i.e. gaming, apps, ad networks, marketing for mobile, UA, etc);
  • Solid technical skills, able to learn and sell new technology quickly;
  • Strong sales skills, able to sell creatively;
  • Extremely proactive work ethic;
  • Ability to work independently, but also function as a liaison between teams;
  • Understand the different integrations involved in programmatic demand (OpenRTB, API, S2S, SDK);
  • Understanding of different bidding/buying possibilities (1st price, 2nd price, traditional waterfall);
  • Dominate Appodeal’s ad display logic and technology.
